After a slightly longer than expected stay at the University of Florida, Rob started his title insurance career as an agency sales representative in 1992 for American Pioneer Title Insurance. In 1997 he helped form American Pioneer’s timeshare division in order to better serve the timeshare market in Central Florida. Over the years, the operation grew to expand both nationally and internationally. In 2004, American Pioneer was acquired by Fidelity National Financial and the timeshare division operated under Ticor Title Insurance Timeshare. In 2012, the company combined efforts with Chicago Title Timeshare to become the market leader under Fidelity National Timeshare. Rob currently serves as Senior Vice President and is based in the Maitland, Florida offices.

Grant Miller directs the company’s expanding global timeshare business with responsibility for the strategic development and deployment of all business growth initiatives. He also works closely with all current clients to ensure maximum returns from the relationship. Mr. Miller’s passion for the Shared Ownership Industry started at RCI in 1991. During his decade long career at RCI, he was able to serve in a variety of key roles throughout the membership and resort services business units. Before his departure from RCI, he served as the Vice President, Global Business Marketing Group, where he led the first global business-to-business branding initiative. Prior to joining Chicago Title Timeshare, Grant served as President, Membership Clubs, at Affinity Group, currently known as Good Sam Enterprises. Prior to joining Chicago Title Timeshare, Grant served as President, Membership Clubs, at Affinity Group, currently known as Good Sam Enterprises.
Amy L. Bellman
Vice President – Division Counsel – Fidelity National Timeshare
Amy provides day-to-day legal support to Fidelity National Timeshare in connection with its vast array of services. She cut her teeth in the timeshare industry while at Baker Hostetler where she served as timeshare counsel for several publicly traded companies, independent developers, exchange providers, property managers, rental managers, debt collectors, resale service providers and a variety of other third-party service providers to the timeshare industry. Amy represents the timeshare industry in her capacity as Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Timeshare and Interval Use and as a member of the ARDA Meetings Committee. She is also a member of the 2014-2015 class of ARDA LEAPS and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University.
Glen is a California Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Accounting at San Diego State University. Mr. Vieira began his career with the Big Eight Accounting firm of Touche, Ross & Company. After his tenure with Touche, Ross & Company, Mr. Vieira spent ten years with Lawrence Welk Resorts where he served as their Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. While with the Welk organization he oversaw 500 employees and had financial responsibility for timeshare sales and resort operations for three major resorts in Hawaii and California. For the last twenty years, Mr. Vieira has continued his career as a financial consultant and is currently a consultant to Fidelity National Timeshare. As a past Chief Financial Officer and consultant for several brand-name timeshare developers, including Welk Resorts and Hilton Grand Vacations, Mr. Vieira offers Chicago Title and its clientele his experience from the internal, financial perspective of successful resort operations.
